KMD INF

Definition

KMD INF is the annex filed with the VAT return. It lists the company's sales and purchases partner by partner, for lines of at least €1,000 net. It lets EMTA match the figures with the other companies' returns.

Example. A customer who bought €1,400 net in a month appears as its own line in part A of the KMD INF for that month.

Why it matters for your company

EMTA uses the annex to match your sales with the purchases of your partners. Missing or wrong partner lines cause questions, so Sapita builds them from your invoices.

Where you see it in Sapita

In the VAT section, as the KMD INF part A and part B lines for the month.
