Do your own books. With a guide at every step.
Sapita is accounting software that teaches you as you go. Every screen explains what it is and how to fill it, and a calendar tells you exactly when to file. Keep your Estonian company's books yourself for €4.90 a month, or €49 a year, plus VAT.

Three steps, and you learn while you go
Record
Use a guided wizard for each everyday event: “I sold something”, “I bought something”, “I got paid” or “I paid a bill”. Sapita turns your answers into bookkeeping entries.
Understand
Every field has an info icon. Tap it to see what the field means and how to fill it in. Each entry comes with a plain-language summary.
File on time
A calendar shows the returns and payments that are due, with reminders. A checklist guides you through the e-MTA upload, one step at a time.
Every field explains itself
Here is one field from an invoice. Tap the info icon next to its label to see what it means. The text is the same one the app shows.
The date by which your customer should pay this invoice. Sapita uses it to show which payments are late.
Pick a date after the invoice date. Agree the payment term with your customer. Fourteen or thirty days after the invoice date is common.
14 days after the invoice date
A calendar that tells you when to file
The obligations list shows what is due and when: the monthly VAT return with its information return, the annual report, and OSS when it applies to you.

Make a sales invoice with its due date, VAT and the lines you sold. Every field explains itself.
Match your bank
Import a bank statement file, and Sapita matches each line to an invoice or a payment.
Forward receipts
Send receipts to your Sapita inbox, and they wait there until you book them.
Attach a receipt
Add a photo of a receipt to the expense it belongs to, so the paper trail stays with the entry.
