Annual report

Definition

The annual report presents the company's financial position and results for one financial year. It is prepared from the closed books and filed with the Commercial Register within six months of the year's end.

Example. For a year that ends on 31 December, the annual report is due by 30 June of the following year.

Why it matters for your company

Every Estonian company must file an annual report, even one with no activity. Sapita builds the figures from the closed books, so the filing becomes a checklist rather than a rebuild.

Where you see it in Sapita

On the year-end screen, in the annual report figures and the checklist that leads to filing.
